Movement
Experience
My background in dance has always fed into my acting mentality and includes a variety of styles: contemporary, folk, tango, ballet, etc. I’ve always experienced acting as an innately physical art where nothing is neutral; every gesture, shift in weight, and physical choice builds the story. When I moved to London I developed a passion for physical theatre, which takes that to an extreme, it heightens the body as a primary storytelling tool, where precision, clarity, and intention become essential.Â

I completed a postgraduate degree in Teaching and Coaching Movement for Actors, which deepened my understanding of how movement can be trained, guided and led to my work as a movement director. While I was studying I did several residencies with dance and physical theatre companies, where I developed work across devising, mime, physical storytelling on film, and different movement techniques. These experiences expanded my physical vocabulary and gave me practical tools across both structured and improvisational processes.

Across all of my work, as a performer and creative on stage and screen, I’m interested in how the body carries meaning. Where movement is not separate from acting but an essential part of it.
